Naturalia Ingredients

Based in Sicilia, Naturalia Ingredients is the result of an alliance between the family-owned company Foraci, a big Sicilian wine manufacturer and Eridania Sadam, the Italian leader in sugar production.

Naturalia launched its crystallized fruit sugars in 2012. It is still the only fruits sugars in powder producer in the world.

Naturalia is based in one of the main vineyard areas in Europe (65 000 Ha). The Sicilian grape has significantly higher sugar levels due to the hot and dry climate of this region. The abundance of this raw material and its storage into grape juice allows its availability and stable prices all year.

Naturalia Ingredients is certified ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22005: 2008 (which are the main principles and requirements of the conception and application of a traceability system).
