Combining scientific rigor with boundless creativity, Yann Ragot is a methodical and curious R&D Project Manager, constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions! With degrees in Cellular Biology, Human Physiology, and Nutrition & Health Innovation, he brings valuable expertise to the advancement of our projects.

In our Rennes laboratory, Yann is a true alchemist! He develops new ingredients, conducts physico-chemical analyses, creates innovative formulations, and investigates the health benefits of plant-based materials. But that’s not all—he also contributes strategic insights by analyzing market trends to guide innovation in the right direction.

Outside the lab, Yann is a passionate jack-of-all-trades. A photographer at heart, he has captured concerts, led photoshoots, and brought creative projects to life. Today, he documents his travels around the world and shares them on Instagram. A self-taught graphic designer, he also founded an independent music label, for which he handles all visual communications. And when he's not doing all that? You might find him on stage in a theater, immersed in a history book, writing stories, or sitting front row at the cinema.
