A food science engineer by training, she keeps a close eye on market trends, industry developments, and the human relationships that make her job so enriching. Attentive and pragmatic, she stays calm even when schedules shift or Excel sheets decide to act up.

Hélène also has a deeply creative soul. Passionate about writing, she leads workshops, authors biographies, and generously shares what she sees as a powerful tool for self-discovery. It’s another way for her to connect, to listen, and to open new doors, just differently.

She also spent eight years living in Madrid, a city that still holds a special place in her heart. From that experience, she brought back radiant energy, a sense of flexibility, and a love for slow, meaningful conversation.
